20th New Build for Greene King completes
Medlock have successfully handed over the latest Farmhouse Inn, Green Oak Farm in Ellesmere Port. This project marks a special milestone for the business, as this is the 20th new-build venue we have completed for leisure giant, Greene King PLC.Built over a 28-week programme, the construction element of the project consisted of a two-storey timber frame construction along with all associated landscaping works. The internal fit-out exhibits the unmistakable atmosphere that is Farmhouse Inn.The venue will offer its signature carvery dishes and traditional fayre for up to 300 diners with a further 112-covers outdoors giving diners the options to go al-fresco.
