Award-winning restaurant opens in Manchester

A game changing new restaurant, bar and charcuterie has opened on Manchester's King Street. Founder and chef patron Simon Shaw is the man behind El Gato Negro, the award winning tapas restaurant which has re-located from Ripponden.
