All Bar One opens in Chester

Following the recent completion of the Miller & Carter steakhouse concept near the racecourse, Medlock has converted a former restaurant into the upmarket All Bar One brand for national operators Mitchells and Butlers.This is the third All Bar One in less than a year, after similar projects in Harrogate and intu Trafford Centre.
