Medlock have commenced on site at The Red Cow in the Staffordshire village of Werrington and start soon on the famous Ye Olde Black Bear in Sandbach market square. Dating back to 1634 this timbered, thatched-roof building was once home to Lord Crewe and reputedly a favourite haunt of Dick Turpin.
