Medlock are delighted to announce 2 new project awards this month for Punch Taverns. The Grapes in Lees, Oldham will benefit from a 5 week refurbishment whilst one of the oldest pubs in Chester, Ye Olde Kings Head will undergo a £70k refurbishment in a 2 week contract period.
