First project secured with easyHotel

Medlock are currently on site at easyHotel in Glasgow undertaking a phased refurbishment of the 125-key hotel.

Set over four floors the hotel is to remain fully operational whilst the project is ongoing. The scope of work comprises upgrades to the finishes and fixtures in the guestrooms, corridors & reception area.

The works also incorporate mechanical and electrical upgrades and a new roof plant room to facilitate the mechanical and electrical modifications.

The project marks our first collaboration with the international operator and we are due to handover in Spring 2024.
