Flat Iron Heads North

Medlock is delighted to announce our collaboration with Flat Iron to help deliver their newest restaurant in Leeds. 

Occupying the former Byron Burger site on Lands Lane the new venue will cater for 110 covers and marks their first venture in the North and fourteenth restaurant in total, with a further twelve sites in London and one in Cambridge.

Flat Iron’s mission is to make remarkable steak accessible to all - their signature namesake dish has proved a hit with their legions of followers since opening their first restaurant back in 2012.

Over the course of the next 7 weeks we will be working to transform the old venue to deliver a beautiful, warm and comfortable space that befits Flat Iron’s high quality standards in construction and will provide a great addition to Leeds’ dining scene.
