Inn-credible Transformation at Lakes Side Hotel

Medlock is proud to announce the successful completion of another important project for our valued client, Lake District Hotels, at The Inn On The Lake near Penrith.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Ullswater, this iconic destination hotel offers breathtaking views of the Helvellyn mountain range, making it a favourite venue for weddings and afternoon tea enthusiasts alike.

Our work has enhanced the guest experience by refurbishing a selection of beautifully appointed bedrooms and upgrading the corridors and public areas across two floors.

The project was undertaken in live trading conditions and our team worked closely with the hotel management to ensure works didn’t encroach on guest experience or day to day operations for staff.

Following the successful completion of two projects at Lodore Falls Hotel last year, we are delighted to have continued our partnership with Lake District Hotels, supporting their ongoing commitment to reinvesting in their estate.
