Further holiday park success with Parkdean

Medlock is delighted to have delivered a full internal refurb of 86 lodges and accommodation across Parkdean Resort’s estate kicking off our first collaboration with the industry leading holiday park operator.

Parkdean Resort’s are the UK’s biggest holiday operator with 66 distinctive destinations across England, Scotland and Wales. Off the back of over £140m investment on guest facilities in 2022, Medlock are proud to assist in the continued improvement in the Parkdean holiday experience.

In Norfolk, we upgraded 48 chalets at their Vauxhall site just a stone’s throw away from the popular seaside town of Great Yarmouth.

At White Cross Bay in Bowness-on-Windemere, we have breathed new life into 12 lakeside lodges at a site renowned for some of the UK’s best examples of natural beauty.

Finally, we carried out an eye-catching refurbishment of 26 chalets at Kessingland Beach in Suffolk delivering rooms and facilities that will apply a touch of class to the already popular holiday resort.

These successful projects confirms Medlock’s position as one of the UK’s leading holiday park fit out contractors.
