Life’s A Beach

Following on from last year’s Adventure Village investment at the former Thorpe Park holiday village in Cleethorpes, Haven have undertaken a major remodelling and expansion project to unveil a brand-new Marina Bar & Stage Venue at the popular Lincolnshire resort.

The project completion coincides with a renaming of the site to Haven Cleethorpes Beach in a nod to the prime seaside holiday location it holds and marks part of a wider strategy for Haven to acknowledge the coastal proximity of several of their sites.

Delivered over the course of a 30 week programme Medlock undertook a large extension and refurbishment of the existing show bar to raise the venue capacity from 250 to 1000 eager holidaymakers. State of the art lighting and digital screening are one of the key features of the show bar fit out to heighten the entertainment offering on site as well as an extended bar and eatery space.

Externally we have installed a new al fresco dining terrace with great views over the Adventure Village and outside stage areas.

Haven continues to invest heavily across their holiday park portfolio and remain at the forefront of “staycation” innovation. We look forward to collaborating of further landmark projects in the near future.
