Major investments from Greene King

Medlock has recently completed a series of refurbishments for leading pub operator and brewer, Greene King. A total of five former Fayre & Square pub restaurants have been given a fresh-look, each within a tight timescale of fewer than three weeks. The Waterside in Warrington, the Caldecott Arms in Milton Keynes and the Broadway in Short Heath have all been rebranded, while two venues in Rotherham, the Sir Jack and the Marquis have also benefitted from major investments.
