The summer holidays mark an extremely busy time for student accommodation providers up and down the UK as vital refurbishment works are undertaken in readiness for the new intake of students at the start of the academic year.

We have recently handed over a pair of projects for Mansion Student which saw us dramatically remodel accommodation at their Peterson Hall site in Dundee and new acquisitions Austin Hall & Asquith House in Leeds to deliver the best-in-class amenities the operator has become renowned for.

Having recently been voted the best student accommodation offering in Dundee we revamped 204 rooms at Peterson Hall to replace a host of shared kitchenettes, installed new ensuite facilities to all bedrooms and introduced new floor and wall finishes throughout the apartments.

Over in Leeds we redecorated 150 rooms across the two accommodation blocks and introduced a number of top of the range kitchenettes into the shared facilities space in the apartments to bring Austin Hall and Asquith House in line with the Mansion Student branding.

 The works were completed to a challenging programme to ensure the rooms were ready to welcome the new intake of students for the start of the academic year.

With further accommodation locations in Coventry, Durham, Newcastle and Nottingham and a keen eye for further expansion into new locations we look forward to working with Mansion Student once again in the near future.
