Medlock chosen to bring Lina stores to Manchester

Medlock is delighted to announce our appointment to deliver the new Lina Stores venue in Manchester.

The Italian restaurant and delicatessen will open on Quay Street facing the Manchester Opera House and will accommodate 150 covers.

The all day dining concept will feature an Italian inspired breakfast menu, followed by fresh handmade pasta, antipasti, secondi and dolci dishes served from lunch through to dinner.

The delicatessen will feature a selection of salads, sandwiches, cakes and Italian coffee available for both dine-in and takeaway. Meanwhile, the adjacent Bar Lina will offer a range of classic cocktails alongside modern interpretations complemented by a curated selection of wines from across Italy.

The venue marks Lina Stores regional debut having built their London estate to eight sites whilst having a further three in Japan. Medlock is proud to have been entrusted to deliver this landmark project by the Lina Stores parent company White Rabbit Projects and look forward to handover in the Spring.
