Medlock start new restaurant concept in York

Medlock has started on site to develop a new concept for York-based operators Lucia Restaurant Group.The Cut & Craft is a bar and eatery offering affordable and tasty dishes from locally sourced Yorkshire suppliers of meat, beers and gins.The steak and beer restaurant will have an open plan kitchen, a centre island feature bar and plenty of seating booths for diners.Occupying a prominent position on St Sampson’s Square, the new venue will be ready to open at the end of September.
