Work wraps up at the show-stopping Calico

 Medlock has completed the extension and refurbishment of Calico; an incredible Grade A commercial office space on Manchester’s Mosley Street. Delivered for client Bluefig Investments, the newly renovated space is set to make waves across Manchester with its best-in-class facilities.

Providing 13,000 sq ft of office space for others to aspire to, the glass roof extension provides breath-taking views across the city. The three-story Georgian building has had a full internal and external facelift, with the two-story glass roof extension adding a modern touch that blends seamlessly with the buildings rich Grade II listed heritage.

The look of the building is enhanced by rain-screen cladding and seamless curtain walling. Internally, Calico has been decked out with modern furnishings and stylish fittings, providing one of the best working environments the city has to offer.
