New Build Pub, Medlock start on site

Medlock have commenced a new-build pub/restaurant for North West regional brewer and pub operator Joseph Holt in Warrington. The site compound is set-up to the usual high standards with the remediation works complete and works to the sub-structure progressing well, the project will run for 24 weeks.
