Medlock have started a new project for Greene King PLC. The new-build pub/restaurant is situated at Phoenix Riverside, a five-acre office park development in Rotherham near junction 34 of the M1. The scheme will open in August 2015.The contract follows the handover of The Hardy Pick in Sheffield, a Hungry Horse venue built on the site of the former Hardy Patent Pick Company.
