Premier Inn open their doors in West Bromwich

The Medlock team has completed the construction and interior fit-out of a new Premier Inn in the Black Country town of West Bromwich.Ideally situated just one mile from Junction 1 of the M5 motorway and opposite the Queens Square Retail Park, this brand new hotel contains 84 bedrooms over 4 floors of accommodation.

Utilising a steel transfer deck and timber frame construction, the contemporary design features an external facade of rain-screen cladding, brickwork and render.The innovative all-day casual dining concept ‘Cookhouse & Pub’ is located on the ground floor with a capacity to serve over 200 meals from its open kitchen and grill.The project was completed in a timescale of 42 weeks.
