Premier Inn opens its doors in Rhyl
After 42 weeks on site, Medlock has completed the first Premier Inn to be built in the North Wales seaside resort of Rhyl.
Ideally situated on the town’s promenade the new hotel features a total of 70 bedrooms located over three floors, with a spacious reception area and an integrated restaurant on the ground floor.The Medlock team were also entrusted with the interior fit-out of ‘Cookhouse & Pub’, a new restaurant concept for Premier Inn. The brand aims to re-invent the pub dining experience, delivering the quality food and service of an informal, all-day casual restaurant, with the relaxed vibe and affordability of a pub.

The new hotel and restaurant sit in an area of major regeneration aimed at further increasing the booming day trip and visitor numbers to the seafront.
