Refurbishment programme starts at the Church House, Buglawton

Medlock has started the refurbishment of the Church House Inn at Buglawton for our trusted client Frederic Robinson.

Known for their imaginative interiors, fine drinks selection and welcoming atmosphere, Frederic Robinson operate over 260 venues across the Northwest.

Situated on the outskirts of Congleton, the Church House is a popular venue with both locals and visiting ramblers enjoying the delights of the nearby Macclesfield canal. The on-site bird of prey experience Feathery Folk is a unique delight, popular with pub goers of all ages.

Medlock will be providing an extensive fit-out to reinvigorate this much-loved community pub.

Internally, fittings will be completely removed and replaced with beautiful joinery from our bespoke workshop. Medlock will also make structural changes to the interior, removing walls to make way for a fresh new layout.

Outside, Medlock will deliver a beautiful flagged seating area and an extension to increase the trade area and kitchen.

Scheduled for completion in May, the £600k project will be finished just in time for guests to enjoy the great British Summer… if we get one!
