With Medlock’s continued performance and recent success working for Greene King on The Moorfield (formerly The Sale Hotel), Medlock where delighted to win another high profile scheme, The Fernhurst in Blackburn. Working closely with the designer JDA and Greene King the 330k budget was met achieving the 7wk programme deadline.
