The Moorfield - Sale

Medlock have completed the refurbishment of The Sale Hotel a grade II listed building. The Client, Greene King are so delighted with the outcome that the site has been re-branded and renamed ‘The Moorfield’ and sits as a flagship site.
Not only was the bar, restaurant and kitchen refurbished but also the living accommodation over three floors. In addition all externals where made good and updated including an extended patio area and resurfacing of the car park.
The tight 14wk programme was achieved and additional works completed within the deadline date such is the focus to Client needs.
