Work in full flow over at Manchester’s Mosley street

Medlock is hard at work on the extension and refurbishment of a commercial office development in Manchester city centre. Occupying one of the busiest parts of the city centre, ‘Calico’ will bring a state-of-the-art workspace to a long-empty building complex at 53-55 Mosley Street.

Having started in early 2021, the project is now well underway with good progress already made. The two-story roof extension is taking shape with the steel frame constructed and ready to be enclosed with glass curtain walling. Once complete, the extension will provide a beautiful working space filled with light and a spectacular roof terrace.

This is a large project that will feature prominently in the hustle and bustle of one of Manchester’s busiest districts. Set for an Autumn handover, we look forward to applying the trademark Medlock magic and delivering a great result for our client Bluefig Investments.
