Work nearing conclusion at Steel City

Medlock are putting the finishing touches to work at Sheffield’s Steel City student accommodation complex. Since late 2020 the team have been busy with stage 3 of the works on this luxury development, bringing our client, Southern Grove Development’s vision for a truly bespoke student living experience to life.

On course for completion in the summer, we will deliver a set of truly modern student townhouses, private studio apartments and extensive communal amenities including, gyms, sky lounge networking hubs, and kitchen/dining areas.

Providing 19 different sized living spaces, this new-build development will cater for students looking for a touch of quality in their accommodation. This has been a unique project to be a part of, and we look forward to wrapping up the project with our distinctive passion and commitment.
