Medlock has completed the extension and refurbishment of Calico; an incredible Grade A commercial office space on Manchester's Mosley Street, delivered for client Bluefig Investements.
Providing 13,000 sq ft of office space with the best in class facilities, the feature roof extension provides breath-taking views across the city.
The three storey Georgian building has had a full internal and external remodel with a two storey glass room extension adding a modern touch that blends seamlessly with the buildings rich Grade II listed heritage.
The look of the building has been enhanced by a modern rain-screen cladding and seamless curtain walling. Internally, Calico has been decked out with modern furnishings and stylish fittings, providing one of the best working environments the city has to offer.
