The first Premier Inn to be built in the North Wales seaside resort of Rhyl.
Ideally situated on the town’s promenade the new hotel features a total of 70 bedrooms located over three floors, with a spacious reception area and an integrated restaurant on the ground floor.
The Medlock team was also entrusted by clients - Whitbread PLC with the interior fit-out of ‘Cookhouse & Pub’, a new restaurant concept for Premier Inn.
The new hotel and restaurant sit in an area of major regeneration aimed at further increasing the booming day trip and visitor numbers to the seafront.
