“The plentiful decorative wood panelling used throughout gives an air of luxury that’s complemented by the low hanging pendant light fixtures and the deep blue wall finish.”

Medlock has fit-out one of Manchester’s most up-and-coming food and drinks venues. Schofield’s Bar on Spinningfields’ Little Quay street is the brain-child of world-renowned bartenders Joe and Daniel Schofield. With a collection of international bartending awards to their name and an impressive resume working for some of the biggest names in mixology, their credentials speak for themselves.

The task was no mean feat. The brothers needed a Manchester venue that lived up to their already stellar reputation for great service, world-class drinks, and unforgettable catering experiences. The pressure was on to meet those expectations.

As with all our projects, our passion for the work and commitment to delivering the best work for our clients won the day. Over a month, we performed a comprehensive internal fit-out of the premises, including new internal walls, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes and the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems.

The fit-out we delivered looks right at home in the affluent financial hub that is Spinningfields.

The plentiful decorative wood panelling used throughout gives an air of luxury that’s complemented by the low hanging pendant light fixtures and the deep blue wall finish. Once opened, guests will sit comfortably in the ample leather seating area and will enjoy their drinks in an environment of classy understatement.
