Steel City is a market-leading luxury aparthotel development, providing visitors with a beautiful individual space to enjoy their university experience or recreational break in Sheffield.
Phase three of the development saw the Medlock team construct a four-storey new build block of contemporary apartments, whilst carefully preserving and converting 19th century listed weavers cottages into bespoke residences.
The eclectic mix of the 19 living spaces are all custom designed to the highest specification with private kitchens, en-suite bathrooms and smart TV as standard, whilst the upscale penthouse comes complete with a relaxing rooftop terrace.
This progressive evolution of the ‘Future Generation’ brand accentuates the trendy urban atmosphere of the Steel City development.
