Medlock is pleased to hand over Sterling - the latest venue for acclaimed bartender brothers, the Schofield’s, inside Gary Neville’s Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester.

Taking over the vault space in the basement of Manchester’s former Stock Exchange, the project marks Medlock’s second collaboration with Dan and Joe Schofield after the opening of their self-titled debut bar last year.

Featuring space for 100 covers, a private hosting space, a live music area and a bespoke bar snack menu developed by celebrity chef Tom Kerridge, Sterling features all the refined elegance expected in one of Manchester’s flagship hotels.

After stripping out the former sports bar the new space features a repositioned bespoke bar and features booth seating and timber wall panelling throughout.

A replica of the imposing old vault doors welcomes diners to what is set to become one of the hippest spots in town for spectacular drinking experiences.
