Medlock was chosen to deliver the interior fit-out of the ground floor amenity space at a brand new, luxury student accommodation development in Leeds city centre for client LSSH.
Perfectly located with easy access to the city’s universities, the communal areas available to the 350 residents are a game changer for student living in the UK, with a range of superb, beautifully furnished facilities.
The highly-visual spaces include a grand open-plan reception and lobby with screened meeting and study zones which provide a dramatic entrance to the building.
The luxurious cinema room, games room, fitness suite and breakout lounges compliment the vibrant environment created for students to enjoy.
