Medlock is excited to announce the successful handover of Offshore, The Inn Collection Group’s latest pub with rooms venture in Lytham St Annes.
With an ever-growing portfolio of sites The Inn Collection’s estate has grown from its origins in the North East to thirty much loved inns spanning across northern England and Wales.
The multi-million-pound Offshore project marks The Inn Collection’s largest property to date featuring 98 bedrooms set in the prominent seaside location of the bustling South Promenade.
Our work saw us amalgamate the former Carlton and Lindum hotels whilst completely remodelling the existing bedrooms and restaurant spaces to deliver a brand new 250-cover pub extension at the front of the hotel.
Additional rooms were created as part of a single-story extension, and we also installed a brand-new lift in the old Lindum side of the building.
The all-day dining pub concept features décor inspired from the town’s rich traditional British seaside holiday past, whilst the expansive outdoor terrace is the perfect spot to soak up the sun, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply take in the breathtaking coastal scenery.
With a variety of accommodation options from single rooms to family suites Offshore has something to offer holidaymakers of all ages and we are proud to have delivered this landmark project with the wider Inn Collection team.
