Victoria Mill, Manchester

Client: North Wall Capital

Architect: Arch-e-Tech

Duration: 48 weeks

Value: £4m

Medlock has completed the renovation of Manchester’s Victoria Mill, a grade II listed building with deep roots in the UK’s industrial heritage.

Situated on the banks of the Rochdale Canal, Victoria Mill was a functioning cotton mill until ceasing operations in 1960.

Through Medlock’s expertise, it’s been transformed into a beautifully modern living space in one of Manchester’s most up-and-coming districts.

Finding a new lease of life as an eighty-five bed apartment complex, the slick modern look of the venue has been artistically combined with its historic features.

With two bedrooms per apartment, full ensuites, and magnificent vaulted ceilings, the new flats offer city-centre living with a touch of character and plenty of comfort.
