24 new bedrooms in Stockport

 The Medlock team have successfully handed over a new-build extension to Premier Inn, located at their existing Stockport South hotel.The 26-week project consisted of a timber-frame two-storey construction with an additional 24-bedrooms to the existing hotel. The extension was designed to match the existing hotels aesthetic.All works were completed within a live environment, ensuring minimum disruption to the hotel's operation throughout the programme.Further works on the site included alterations to the existing reception area and external landscaping.
