Premier win for West Brom

Following successful new-build hotels across the country, Medlock have been awarded the contract to construct and fit-out an 84-bedroom Premier Inn hotel in West Bromwich.The building will feature a contemporary design which responds to the sites prominent position alongside the main route into New Square and West Bromwich town centre.The four-storey timber-framed building will take approximately 40 weeks to complete.

The hotel will also feature Whitbread’s latest venture, a 180-cover ‘Cookhouse & Pub’ restaurant. The brand aims to re-invent the pub dining experience, delivering the quality food and service of an informal, all-day casual restaurant, with the relaxed atmosphere and affordability of a pub.
