A first with Motel One

Medlock is delighted to share details of our first appointment to work with German hotel operator Motel One on an exciting new project.

With sites spanning London, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester the group have strategic footholds in many of the UK’s major tourist and business epicentres.

Working on their Royal Exchange site on Cross Street in Manchester city centre, our project will see us transform the adjoining former Ladbrokes bookmakers and incorporate it into the existing hotel. This additional space will form part of a new and improved guest lounge on the ground floor.

The existing hotel will remain fully operational during the delivery of the project so our team will be working closely with the hotel operations team to ensure the upmost levels of safety around the work interface and to ensure we don’t encroach on guest experience.
