Refresh for Historic Aparthotel

Medlock is delighted to announce our appointment to reconfigure apartments at the Ducie Street Warehouse in Manchester for Native Places.

Famed for having one of the most eclectic offerings in Manchester city centre the Grade II listed Ducie Street Warehouse features a bar, restaurant, deli, mini cinema, co working space and gym space as well as 162 luxury serviced apartments above.

The project will see us refurbish and remodel 28 apartments across floors 1-4 to introduce new layouts and a new vibrant interior design whilst the aparthotel remains in full operation.
