School’s Out Medlock’s In

Though Medlock specialises in leisure and hospitality sector project delivery, we also deliver a number of projects in the education sector with an ever-growing client portfolio.

Our experience in delivering fast track refurbishment and remodelling works has translated well in the college setting in particular and our team and supply chain is well equipped to deliver works in a short window of time.

We currently have three college projects on site working with the LTE Group and Hopwood Hall College respectively.

At the LTE Harpurhey campus we are installing a new glazed lobby in the welcome building atrium and remodelling a former café space to house a new multi faith prayer room.

Over at the LTE Openshaw campus we are reducing the size of the learning resource centre to free up space for further classroom provision whilst also refurbishing a number of classrooms across site.

At Hopwood Hall College our team is undertaking an extensive redevelopment and reconfiguration of the existing Animal Management teaching spaces. The works include the demolition of certain buildings to allow for new purpose-built teaching spaces and animal housing areas and the reconfiguration of existing buildings elevate the facilities availability to the students.

We look forward to handing these projects over in time for the new academic year.
