Brewski - coming soon to Chester

Medlock is delighted to announce we are well on the way to delivering the brand new Brewski restaurant in Chester, with handover pencilled in for the start of September.

In what marks our first collaboration with the popular Manchester headquartered chain we are busy transforming the former Edinburgh Woollen Mill unit on the historic Eastgate Row in the City centre.

Spanning 7,000 sq ft and set over three floors the Grade II listed site will accommodate 160 covers upon completion.

Brewski are renowned for their mate-date sharing platters and we can’t wait to get stuck into the food in the North American lodge inspired surroundings upon completion!
