Progress update in Lytham St Annes

Progress continues at pace in Lytham St Annes where we are busy amalgamating The Lindum and Carlton Hotels to create a brand new 99 key property on behalf of The Inn Collection Group.

A little over halfway into the build, Medlock is well on track for a handover early next year. The façade of the building has been stripped and re-rendered and the buildings have been completely re-roofed and new windows installed.

Internally, all steelwork modifications have been carried out, whilst a new lift pit, first fix M&E, ductwork, staircases, drylining and mist coating works are all progressing well. 

The multi-million pound investment will see the Lindum and Carlton Hotels combine to create a new seafront venue with all ensuite bedrooms, a new bar and restaurant area to accommodate 250 covers and new external seating and dining terrace.
