All Bar One and Miller & Carter boast prominent positions within the town-centres new £30m Bell Court retail and leisure development.All Bar One, a stylish and sophisticated all-day bar and restaurant, took the team just 10 weeks to complete. The colourful and eye-catching venue boasts a new shop-front with bi-folding doors which open from the main bar to reveal an outdoor dining space which overlooks the central courtyard of this thriving leisure destination.Situated just a stones-throw away the 5,000 ft2 Miller & Carter was fitted-out by the Medlock team within the fast-track programme of 9 weeks. The cutting-edge design includes a stunning 3.1m high glazed wine room, an open kitchen, a contemporary bar and a luxurious dining space for 200 people, with a further seating at the front of the restaurant for al fresco eating and drinking.
