Excellent progress in West Bromwich
With 21 weeks to go, the Premier Inn hotel in West Bromwich is taking shape. The four-storey timber-framed building has now topped-out with roofing works due to complete in the coming weeks. The scaffolding will come down by the end of October, following external rendering of the building.Situated on a key gateway site, the completed hotel will offer a total of 84-bedrooms.Internally, the fit-out of the bedrooms has already begun, with the restaurant and common areas commencing shortly.
The site is in a prime location just off the M5 motorway alongside the main route into West Bromwich town centre.
The hotel will also feature Whitbread’s latest restaurant concept a ‘Cookhouse & Pub’. The brand aims to re-invent the pub dining experience, delivering the quality food and service of an informal, all-day casual restaurant, with the relaxed atmosphere and affordability of a pub.
