Medlock to give Toby's a makeover

Working with national pub and restaurant operator Mitchells & Butlers, the Medlock team have been entrusted to refurbish a series of  Toby Carvery venues as part of their on-going development programme.The ‘Home of the Roast’ locations will be thoroughly refurbished to give a fresh and welcoming feel, including decoration, flooring, new screens and partitions, bespoke joinery and wall cladding. At each restaurant, the kitchen and customer toilets will be completely stripped back and refurbished.Externally, investment into the terraced areas will enhance facilities for al fresco diners. Each venue will also benefit from decoration and the installation of brand new signage.Work has already begun on three sites in Barnsley, Hull and Newcastle, with a further three venues in Burton-upon-Trent, Cannock and York due to start by the end of October.
