High End New Apartments Coming to Bolton

Medlock has started work on delivering new apartments for One Heritage, one of the North West’s leading residential property development and management companies.

One Heritage Group is a property development and management company, focusing on the residential sector primarily in the North West and acting as its own principal or development manager on behalf of third-party investors for both development and refurbishment activities. The Company also provides letting, property and facilities management services for these products.

Located in Bolton town centre, the former commercial office known as Lincoln House will be converted into 88 contemporary apartments.

One Heritage is proud to contribute towards Bolton’s revitalisation by bringing a vacant office building back into use and we are delighted to be working with Medlock on this exciting project’.

The 5 storey development will include a mix of studio, one, two and three bed apartments providing a safe and environmentally friendly living experience for professional tenants.

The project is due to be completed in Q1 2022.
