Medlock place order at Liverpool Gin distillery

The Medlock team have begun conversion of a Grade II listed building situated on Liverpool’s Castle Street. The prominent city centre location will be converted into a new home for Liverpool Gin’s Distillery.The building will see an extensive refurbishment and interior fit-out, structural alterations have now commencedOnce complete, the venue will include two bars,  a premium gin and spirits bar on the ground floor and a dark spirits bar at basement level, alongside a specially designed Gin Lab where visitors can produce the spirit themselves and attend a Bartender School. Guests will also be able to see Liverpool Gin being made in a 600-litre working copper still.The project is due for completion in time for a November launch.
