Miller & Carter to move into historic Bristol Hotel

Miller & Carter, the premium steakhouse brand from national operator Mitchells & Butlers, is to move into a prime location in the maritime city of Bristol.Situated within the historic Bristol Marriot Royal Hotel, the cutting-edge design embraces the buildings period features while maintaining the distinctive interior of the Miller & Carter brand.The venue will include a stylish bar and lounge, an open kitchen and a luxurious dining space for 180 people, with a further 76 covers situated within a historic courtyard for alfresco eating and drinking.After completing a programme of enabling works, the fit-out works have commenced for a November opening.
