Medlock head to the 02 Newcastle

The team has made a start on site at the iconic Grade 2 Listed, 02 City Hall in Newcastle city centre

The former Theatre Royal is one of the leading live entertainment venues for Newcastle and the North East with a capacity of for over 2000 people

Situated on Grey Street, Medlock are helping to preserve the amazing history of the building which opened in 1927

The scope of works include a new steel-framed extension at first floor level and the conversion of a former dance studio to create a new bar, the team will be on site for 12 weeks
