Medlock have been chosen to deliver a new Cookhouse & Pub in Blackpool for national operator Whitbread PLC

Situated beneath the newly constructed Premier Inn at Blackpool North, the team will be on site for 14 weeks creating the fast-casual all day pub-restaurant concept

The hotel and Cookhouse Pub will be open for business in November
