Medlock to deliver a 5 star experience for Kro Hospitality

Medlock has been appointed to fit-out Forty Seven, a 32 room, luxury 5-star hotel on Manchester’s Peter Street. Set to be an unforgettable hospitality experience, it will offer some of the largest and most extravagant suites in the city.

Delivered for our client; Kro hospitality, the hotel is located above contemporary Indian restaurant; Asha. Medlock will be fitting out the upper three floors, performing roof repairs and completely remodelling the basement floor to make way for the Peterman; an exclusive bar that will offer a touch of sophistication to Manchester’s nightlife.

The £3.5m project is due to get underway this month with a view to completion in Spring 2022.
