Luxury retreat completed in rural Lancashire

This project was certainly something different from the norm.

Situated on the moors between the Forest of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Medlock completed a five month project to extend and convert an existing farmhouse and barn in to a state-of-the-art countryside residence.

With spectacular views for miles in every direction, Medlock showcased their versatility by creating eight luxurious en-suite bedrooms and spacious areas for cooking, eating, drinking and relaxation.

Working to a design by conservation architect Mason Gillibrand, the finished product is bespoke in every sense with three bedrooms in a newly constructed timber-clad annex and the remainder on the first floor of the existing farmhouse.

The finishes are high class throughout this distinctly bespoke residence.
