Transformation in full flow at Lincoln House Apartments

Progress continues at pace over at Lincoln House, in Bolton where Medlock is busy converting a former commercial office shell into 88 high-end studio apartments.

Working on behalf of One Heritage Group - one of the North West’s leading residential property development and management companies – Medlock is breathing new life into a space that has long sat empty.

A little over halfway into the build, Medlock is well on track for a handover early next year. The façade of the building has been stripped of its non-fire-rated cladding ready for a new fire-rated wall of insulated render to be installed. Roof repairs are also underway, along with the cutting out and forming of the lift overruns and smoke vents.

Internally, all steelwork modifications have been carried out, whilst new M&E, staircases, drylining and mist coating works are all progressing from the ground floor up to the third.

Finally, the fourth-floor balcony construction is underway, which, when complete, will give fantastic views over the town and beyond.

Be sure to watch this space for our next update.
